反歧视公益机构郑州亿人平办公室再次被搜查
各位师友、伙伴、志愿者：
7月13日，郑州亿人平的办公室再次受到警方的搜查。
此前，7月5日，郑州亿人平的共同发起人、法定代表人、公益律师常伯阳的家属接到《逮捕通知书》，得知常伯阳于7月3日被郑州市管城回族区检察院以“涉嫌非法经营罪”为由批准逮捕。
郑州亿人平的所有工作都不以营利为目的，也没有任何收费的业务。另外，根据共同发起人的分工，常伯阳律师不负责机构的经营和管理，也不负责机构的财务和税务。

Police Raid Zhengzhou Yirenping for the Second Time in a Month
Dear friends, volunteers, and partners of Yirenping,
This is to inform you that the office of Zhengzhou Yirenping was raided by police for a second time on Sunday, July 13. A prior raid occurred on June 17.
On July 5, family members of public interest lawyer Chang Boyang, co-founder and legal representative of Zhengzhou Yirenping, received an arrest notice informing them that on June 3, the district prosecutor’s office approved Mr. Chang’s arrest on suspicion of “engaging in illegal business operations.”
As a public interest organization, Zhengzhou Yirenping does not engage in any work for the purpose of making a profit, nor does it charge fees for any of its services. Moreover, according to the division of labor within the organization, lawyer Chang Boyang has never participated in Yirenping’s operation or management, nor in any of its financial or tax matters.
