6月1日，李瑾律师经与检察院联系，确认传知行案于5月30日第一次退回补充侦查。按照刑事诉讼法的规定，公安机关有最长一个月的法定期限进行补充侦查。

5月18日，北京市公安局侦查终结，将夏霖律师(郭玉闪的第一位辩护律师)以涉嫌诈骗罪移送北京市检察院第二分院审查起诉。

The Transition Institute Case Returned to Police for Further Investigation Already

June 1, Monday, lawyer Li Jin, one of Guo Yushan’advocates, contacted with the procuratorate and got confirmed that the Transition Institute Case had already been returned for the first time to police authorities for further investigation on May 30. According to criminal procedure laws, the legal period of further investigation for police authorities should be no more than 1 month.
Recently, lawyer Li Jinxing, one advocate of TI administrative director He Zhengjun, and lawyer Pan Haixia, wife and the other advocate of Guo Yushan, met with Mr He and Mr Guo separately. Both of He Zhengjun and Guo Yushan are in very good physical and spiritual status, and delivered their deep gratitude to friends concerned with TI case.
Besides, according to his families, lawyer Xia Lin, Guo Yushan’s first advocate before himself taken away too from home on November 8, 2014, has already been proposed to the Second Branch of Beijing Municipal People’s Procuratorate for suspicious of fraud on May 18.
