中国政府应立即释放被囚禁的女性主义LGBT的5名活动家
停止对女性主义LGBT活动家与社会运动的镇压
3月6日, 中国政府逮捕了5名女性主义-LGBT(女同性恋者Lesbian、男同性恋者Gay、双性恋者Bisexual,和跨性别者Transgender)活动家-李婷婷、韦婷婷、郑楚然、武嵘嵘、王曼。但是至18日为止, 她们仍然被囚禁中。她们在3月8日国际妇女节前夕,计划在公交车上张贴贴纸“抓性骚扰啦,奔跑吧警察!”但警察突然在深夜里突袭,在未告知理由的情况下,逮捕她们,甚至连手机与电脑都被没收。我们强烈地谴责中国政府对于女性义LGBT活动的镇压行为,呼吁立即释放这5名活动家。
被逮捕的5名活动家以及最近中国的女性主义LGBT活动家们,向来献身于捍卫中国的女性和性少数的权利,她们挑战了关于性暴力、家庭暴力、性少数的污名化和艾滋病的错误认识,为了捍卫公共保健与性少数的权利而奋斗,这些积极的行动在中国向来得到广泛的回响与支持,因而中国正在审议第一部反家庭暴力法,但是中国政府却侵害了带来这些变化的活动家的自由和权利。
我们特别担忧习近平政府正在强化对社会运动活动家和团体的监视与控制,最近中国的女性主义者和LGBT活动家们所遭遇的监视行为,是日常性的,而且计划好的活动常常遭受警察的封锁,尤其“寻衅滋事罪”,是这次逮捕的根据。这个法律已经被任意地解释而成为处罚社会运动活动家的杀手锏。
这些控制尤其在中国召开“两会”前更加强化,我们特别关注这次逮捕活动家的事情,正好在作为大规模政治活动的全国人民代表大会的举办期间发生。而且今年正逢北京国际妇女大会20周年,因此这次的逮捕和囚禁有可能发展成对活动家与社会团体更严厉的镇压,所以我们不能不担忧。
中国政府囚禁的对象不只是5个活动家,而是对政府带有批判性意见的社会运动本身,因此囚禁活动家不只是对个人的暴力,而且是对整体社会运动的镇压,更是对所有期待变化、追求生活的人们的暴力。但不管是多么强烈的控制、监视和镇压,都无法阻止人们梦想更好生活之希望与实践。
我们作为反对对女性和性少数的暴力,以及拥护所有人的自由和权利的韩国社会运动团体与个人,衷心地向被逮捕的5名活动家以及因政府镇压而处于困境的中国女性主义LGBT活动家们,表示深深地支持与连带之情,我们相信一个人的生活也关连到跨越国境的他人的生活。
我们呼吁中国政府立即释放被囚禁的女性主义LGBT的5名女性活动家、停止对包括女性主义LGBT活动家和社会运动的镇压,我们呼吁中国政府保障健全的集会、结社、言论的自由和权利。直到被囚禁的活动家被安全释放,直到对于女性主义LGBT活动家和社会运动的镇压停止,我们会尽全力动用所有的方法与她们一起斗争下去。
